Phil Kiko was elected by the U.S. House of Representatives to serve as Chief Administrative Officer from 2016 to 2021 under Speakers Paul Ryan and Nancy Pelosi. Prior to that, he had a long career of service in many leadership positions within the House including, the Select Committee on Benghazi, Judiciary Committee, House Administration Committee, and the Science Committee. He has worked on numerous pieces of consequential legislation such as the Patriot Act, the Voting Rights Act, the Violence Against Women Act, and the Children’s Protection Act. Kiko is currently a Principal at the law firm of Williams & Jensen PLLC.
