With over 30 years’ experience as a law firm attorney, in-house counsel, government official, and adjunct and visiting professor of law, Cohen was previously Senior Counsel and Senior Advisor to the Undersecretary of Commerce/Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In 2017, Mark joined Berkeley Law as a distinguished Senior Fellow, Lecturer and Director of the Asia IP Project at the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology (BCLT) at the University of California, Berkeley.
