Sunwater Institute Earns Platinum GuideStar Nonprofit Seal

Washington, D.C. – January 26, 2022 – The Sunwater Institute, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to strengthen the foundations of democracy through interdisciplinary science, technology, and open dialogue, earned the 2022 Platinum GuideStar Nonprofit Profile Seal of Transparency. This is the highest level of recognition offered by GuideStar, the world’s leading source of nonprofit information.

By sharing metrics that highlight progress toward its mission, the Sunwater Institute provides donors meaningful data to evaluate performance, such as focusing on qualitative information about goals, strategies, and capabilities, and quantitative information about results and progress toward its mission.
